This site is operated by Vivek Hathiramani as a natural person in Singapore. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vivek in that capacity.
Open access resources
Resources published on brainbuzz.sg (notes, worksheets, mock papers) are open for personal educational use by students, parents, and teachers in Singapore and elsewhere. You may download, print, and use these resources for non-commercial study. You may not:
- republish or resell them on another website or product,
- claim authorship of them,
- modify and redistribute them as your own work, or
- use them as part of a paid service without our written permission.

Signing up for paid LearnUp programmes
Signing up through the site is an expression of interest — it does not create an obligation to enrol. After you submit a signup form, Vivek will contact you to discuss schedule, fit, and fees. Enrolment is confirmed only after both parties agree by email or in writing.
Fees, payment, and cancellation
Fees for LearnUp programmes are agreed at the time of enrolment confirmation. Payment terms, schedule, and cancellation/refund policy are set out in the enrolment agreement that follows. Until that agreement exists, no fees are owed.
Conduct expectations
When using the site, the portal, or any LearnUp class or workshop, you agree to:
- treat tutors, fellow students, and parents with respect,
- not share login credentials, lesson materials, or recorded content with anyone outside your family,
- not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to disrupt operations.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches.
Student portal (when applicable)
Enrolled families receive access to a private portal with class schedules, homework, and progress reports. You agree to:
- keep your magic-link emails confidential,
- log in only from devices you trust,
- notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We may retain submissions and progress reports for as long as you are enrolled, plus 12 months after — see the Privacy Policy for retention details.
Disclaimers
The resources and programmes on this site aim to help students prepare for school examinations, but we do not guarantee specific grades, AEIS results, or admission outcomes. Educational outcomes depend on student effort, school context, and many other factors outside our control.
The site is provided "as is". While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or that the site will meet every user's specific needs. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site to the extent permitted by Singapore law.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, logos, downloadable resources, code — is the property of Vivek Hathiramani / LearnUp or used with permission. Trademarks and brand names of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
